Hello!
Happy New Year!
I wish you all a happy, healthy and beautiful new year!
What's your new year resolution?
My resolution is to get into better shape, exercise more and rejuvenate my look.
I hate to admit it, but I wasn't very careful with sun protection last summer, and now I'm starting to see a few brown/age spots cropping up. And when you're over a certain age, it sure doesn't take much for the those brown spots to pop up!
But, there is an inexpensive way to rejuvenate your skin at home.
Keep reading below to learn how you can get a smoother, brighter, and more hydrated complexion. When your skin is well exfoliated, your moisturizers work so much better.
Another issue I noticed recently is disappearing eyebrows! Where did they go?
When your eyebrows are faded or sparse, it can make you look washed out or tired. But, I found some quick, easy ways to fix that…
Winter time is a great time to resurface your skin with inexpensive, at home skin peels. Why?
Because it's important to avoid too much sun exposure while using a home peel.
Mild home skin peels provide effective resurfacing results while safe for home use. They provide a mild rejuvenation without the downtime of a more expensive, invasive office peel.
Although you will notice results with your first application, peels work best by performing a series of peels over a two-month period.
Then, after two months, stop for a period of one month, and then resume using for two more months.
By the time spring/summer rolls around, you'll notice a brighter, glowing complexion with a reduction in wrinkles and discoloration.
I usually stop using peels during the summer months and start up again in the winter.
All moisturizers are not the same.
Some just hydrate the skin, and others contain antioxidant ingredients that also feed the skin and help protect against aging.
So if you're going to moisturizer your face, why not use an antioxidant-rich facial moisturizer? Most women tell me they're not sure how to select the best antioxidant moisturizer for their needs.
So in this article, we'll explain:
As we get older, not only do our eyebrows thin out and become sparse, the eyebrow hairs fade too. This combo can make your complexion look dull or just make you look tired.
