Hello!
Well, it's been a while since I sent out a newsletter, and I apologize. But there is no better time to start than today!
I wish you all a safe, happy and beautiful holiday.😊
The holidays are here, and we all want to look our best!
As we attend holiday parties and celebrate with family and friends, we all want to look as good as we can.
But, this can also be a stressful time of the year. Short on time, patience, and sleep, it’s easy for a stress hormone, called cortisol, to quickly rise.
High cortisol levels can restrict blood and oxygen supply to your skin. When your complexion is deprived of nourishment, it looks tired and dull, and loses moisture, softness and luminosity.
So What Can You Do?
Studies show that facial massages can help reduce cortisol levels and increase nutrient-rich blood to your face and neck. You can get your glow back quickly.
In fact, many people see some results instantly!
A good massage can also help reduce a puffy face and double chin by stimulating lymphatic drainage.
But if your fingers and hands tire quickly, you can give yourself a deeper massage with a massaging wand. This is also helpful if you have issues with painful joints or arthritis.
I use the ayurvedic, bronze dome Kansa wand while watching TV. See how it works here …
This wand is easy to hold and use, so you can give yourself a deeper, longer massage much easier than just using your bare hands.
Plus, it makes a great gift idea and comes in a beautifully packaged box.
Quick daily facial massages can also help perk-up your complexion.
You can massage your face while applying your moisturizer in the morning following the simple pattern shown below.
